The pool is kept at a comfortable 85° F throughout the year. The complex has its own cleaning personnel on site. Because of the building's unique architectural design, all but the one-bedroom units are corner units.

RV parking is available for an additional charge. High-speed Internet available at additional cost.

Unit #1

This is a beautiful two-bedroom/two-bathroom, ground-floor, beachfront condominium unit. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom, a two single beds in the second bedroom, and a hide-a-bed bed in the living room.
The unit has central A/C, 3 TVs, a VCR, phone. Washer & dryer are on site. It also offers a shared patio with patio furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cooking utensils, including dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Linens and towels are also provided.

The unit offers a view of the beach and the swimming pool.

Boat slips are available for an additional charge; one parking spot is included with the rental.
