The pool is kept at a comfortable 85° F throughout the year. The complex has its own cleaning personnel on site. Because of the building's unique architectural design, all but the one-bedroom units are corner units.

RV parking is available for an additional charge. High-speed Internet available at additional cost.

Sample Unit #1D

This is a great one-bedroom/one-bathroom, second-floor, Intracoastal-water-view condominium, in the "D" block of this complex (see picture "Unit Types" below). It has two double beds in the master bedroom and a double hide-a-bed in the living room.

The unit offers central A/C, 2 TVs, VCR, stereo mini tower with CD player, and phone. Washer & dryer are on site. It also offers a private balcony with chairs and a table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cooking utensils, including dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Linens and towels are also provided.

The unit offers a view of the Intracoastal water.

Boat slips are available for an additional charge; one parking spot is included with the rental.
