This house has 2 bedrooms, a den, 2.5 bathrooms and is located three blocks from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, telephone and an alarm clock; the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and an alarm clock.  The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge with chilled water and ice dispenser.  The dining area offers seating for four around a glass-top table. In the living room you will find a pullout sofa, love seat, TV, VCR and mini stereo tower. The den includes a twin-size futon. The balcony also includes patio furniture. The house has central A/C, ceiling fans, a garage. Washer/dryer are on the premises. Kitchen utensils, linens and towels are provided.
