The unit  features two large porches and a fully equipped kitchen, including all new appliances, including stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and flatware. There are a washer & dryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board in the unit.

 

The condominium also offers cable TV, blinds, and a walk-in closet. Towels and linens are provided. The unit can sleep up to 6 people and has been newly decorated. The dining room offers a table and seating for four.
