The second bedroom is on the third floor and includes a queen size bed and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom is on the second floor and has two single beds and a ceiling fan. There is a second full bathroom on the second floor and a third one on the third floor. All bedrooms and the stair case are carpeted, while the kitchen and dining area are tiled. The kitchen has all appliances, including dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, hand mixer, fridge with an ice maker, and all cooking utensils.

The house has recently been redecorated and is very clean. The living room offers another private balcony with four beach chairs. It also offers a TV, VCR, ghetto blaster with CD player. Also included are a vacuum, an iron, ironing board, washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided.
