The lower level features the living room with queen-size sleeper sofa and recliner, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, half bath, and laundry closet. The upper level offers of two bedrooms and two full baths. The balcony is off of the master bedroom.

This vacation home is located just one and a half blocks from the beach and Pompano's Joe's. It is also just two and a half miles west of the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Woodland Shores is located on Ellis Drive which runs perpendicular to Highway 98 and Old Highway 98. Restaurants are within walking distance and golf courses, supermarkets, drug stores, plus numerous other area attractions are nearby.

We also include a 45minute prepaid calling card per each week rental. Please, no smoking or pets allowed.

Check in 3:00PM /Check out 11:00AM. Rentals are Saturday-Saturday during high season.  For renters with pets the rates are higher. Ask us for a quote.

Cancellations and Refunds
$50 charge for paper work if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Deposits
$200 DEPOSIT ON ONE WEEK STAY. $300 DEPOSIT ON 2 WEEKS AND LONGER. Certain periods may require additional Deposits.
